Grand Moff Tarkin

Grand Moff Tarkin, is the governor of the Remote Regions of the Galactic Empir
and commander of the Death Star, first appearing in the first Star Wars film.

It has also appeared in the series The Clone Wars and Rebels. He made a point
at the end of Revenge of the Sith, but appeared in Rouge One, through computer graphics.
